John Trammell, President/CEO of Community Bank of Pickens County is proud to welcome new staff member Virginia Cochran. Mr. Trammell stated, “We are pleased to have Virginia join our team. Virginia was born and raised in Gilmer County and a Graduate of Gilmer High School. She went on to the University of Georgia Banking School. Virginia has 31 years of banking experience, all of it in Gilmer County. She has been married to Dale Cochran for 41 years and they have 2 sons, Chris & Darren. They also have a grandson named Owen. Virginia’s favorite things to do are travel and read a good book. When asked why she wanted to join the CBOPC team she stated, “I was ready to be back in a true “community bank” and be able to give customers the type of service they deserve.”
