Attn: Ryan Keeter
Senior Vice President/Lending

Dear Ryan,

I am writing to thank you and all the staff at Community Bank of Pickens County (CBOPC) for your excellent service over the years that you have loaned me funds to purchase real estate. Starting years ago when I began banking with CBOPC, Geraldine Moody and her staff were very helpful and accommodating.

And more recently, you and Brian Craig have also been very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to occasional requests and needs. For example, I appreciate the times you have gone out of your way to help me show proof of funds for real estate transactions.

Recently, Brian even called me from home while on vacation to make sure I had been taken care of when I sent an email request to him. And on another occasion, I was running up against your closing time. I live in Canton and do not make it to your location often. If I recall correctly, your teller window was still open, but your lobby was closed. Anyway, I needed to do a transaction with my equity line of credit. I called Brian to let him know I was driving to the bank. He advised me of the lobby closing time and offered to fill out the withdrawal slip so I could sign it and handle the transaction at the teller window. I really appreciated that.

Finally, when I have called or come into your branch, the tellers, lobby staff and your Accounts Receivable personnel have always greeted me with a friendly voice and/or smile. I truly appreciate your bank and your excellent service. I look forward to continuing to do business with you. Best wishes to CBOPC and the staff!

Dear Mr. Trammell -

We received your latest newsletter and the sense of frustration with some of our elected officials as it pertains to banking in general and especially community banks.

We have lived in just about every state in the union over the past 35 years and have dealt with most if not all of the "too big to fail" banks from NY to Atlanta to LA. These banks do not have anything in common with OUR bank in Jasper. They forgot that customer service and being plain old nice to people is the way that smart businesses are run and succeed.

We moved to Jasper in 2001 (when there were not too many banking options) and opened an account at your bank. I must tell you, now that we retired and do more business with Community Bank of Pickens County that we would not do business with any other bank in the country other than Community and it is because of your employees, your service, attention to detail and generally the way you do business.

Thanks for all you do!
Best Regards,
-- Elaine and John Tarantini

Dear Mr. Trammell:
My name is Tom Pyron and my wife's name is Georgia. We are new customers of
Community Bank and look forward to a long and mutually rewarding experience.

The purpose of this letter is to state the main reasons we decided to switch over from
another bank.

The 5.01% interest rate we could get with you was important but not the only reason.

First of all, we have known Ronda Mosley for more than ten years, and she has always
been courteous, professional and most helpful... So the fact that you had Ronda on board
was a significant factor in our decision. You have a jewel in that nice lady.

During the process of setting up the accounts we had the pleasure of dealing with Melissa Jordan. She is quick, knows her job and treated us just exactly as if we had put five million dollars in your bank.

I am an inveterate reader of notes, letters, memos etc. on people's desks, and I took a
peek at the short note under the glass on the comer of Melissa's desk. The note had a
brief but important message stating your business philosophy. It is excellent. I know from
personal experience these statements are often forgotten by the employees and certainly
are often never read by your customer. Suggestion: Have this statement printed and framed and placed in strategic spots around the bank and in each office. But most
important of all, make sure you read this message to every employee at least once a
month. No matter how dedicated employees are, they tend to forget.

Best personal regards,
-- Thomas E. Pyron
Thank you for the note! It means a lot to know someone really does care.
-- Matt Scott
When I see the sign outside of Community Bank that says, ‘Ask us how we can make a difference’ and ‘Success doesn’t come to you, you go to it’, it rings true in my heart. Community Bank has made a difference and I am headed down Success Highway, with your help.
-- Kristal Beaver, Bojangles
I’m proud to bank with you and am thankful for our relationship.
-- Casey Warnock, State Farm Agent
I really appreciate your help and your prompt response. Keep up the good work. Ya’ll are the best. When people ask me who I bank with, I say the only bank in town—Community Bank!
-- Bennie Baldridge
You are the best bank I have ever been with. I have never been with a bank as good as you guys!
-- Craig Hughes
